Michele Mesnik

Michele Mesnik is a certified Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership development.  Since founding her coaching company in 2009, she has provided highly-personalized support to top-level executives from companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, LVMH, Mastercard, and Coca-Cola.

Her work focuses on helping executives define their impact and presence as leaders, stretching them to become more focused, non-reactive and clear on who they are, where they’re going, why they lead and what the circumstances they face demand of them.

Michele’s professional background is in corporate finance and marketing. Prior to coaching, she spent over twelve years developing high performance teams at United Airlines and Citibank.  Michele earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she also has been a Career Coach since 2016.  Her proprietary methodology, the Identity Map©, has been adopted at the Executive MBA and empowered hundreds of executives to make better decisions, improve their engagement at work, and live an aligned life.  She is certified in Executive Coaching and Conversational Intelligence© (neuroscience of conversations).

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Michele has found a second home in Miami with her husband and two sons. Michele is a voracious reader, beach enthusiast and avid tennis player.
