Peter has more than twenty-five years of practical management experience to draw on, initially from a marketing perspective and then subsequently in quality management, strategic planning, product development, HR and then finally leadership and organisation development.
He has designed and delivered coaching, leadership and organisation development interventions in a wide variety of countries, with particular expertise in cross-cultural settings or working with newly integrating teams or organisations. He has worked as an individual and team coach with senior leaders within Europe, the USA and the Far East.
Peter has worked with a diverse group of clients from a broad range of sectors including professional services firms, international manufacturing/engineering businesses, government departments, energy suppliers, transport companies and police forces, to name but a few, all of which have been at senior/Executive level.
