Helen has gained a wealth of human resource experience and in her corporate Learning & Development roles, she was responsible for the design and implementation of performance management systems and procedures, leadership development programmes, group and executive level 1:1 coaching and training programmes ranging from cultural intelligence to team cohesiveness.
Helen is trained in the use of a number of psychometric tools and often uses these, together with 360-degree feedback, to help individuals increase their self-awareness, confidence and motivation. Helen’s engaging disposition and effective communication skills have been particularly beneficial during her time in the Middle East region when working with different cultures in a multi-national environment.
Helen is currently working across a number of industries, focusing on 1:1 executive coaching, small group facilitation, psychometric assessments and leadership development centres. She holds a particular interest in coaching individuals through career transitions, including those stepping up the leadership ladder, as well as supporting the development of coaching skills for existing leaders.
Helen has coached at C-suite, middle management and young talent level in a range of industries including aviation, professional services, government, oil and gas, construction and higher education.
