Bridget is an NHS Board member and has worked with Chairs, Chief Executives, Senior Partners, Directors and top level business men and women across all sectors for over 18 years. She stretches, stimulates and supports. She is dedicated to building the capability of all the leaders, boards and top teams she works with. Her job is helping them succeed. Wide exposure to and understanding of varied public and private sector business organisations, combined with over 18 years of coaching, facilitation, mentoring and consulting experience means that Bridget brings a wealth of questions in exploring perspectives and options for her clients.

Other Relevant Experience

Bridget gained a degree in Management Sciences and then embarked on a career in retail with Jaeger and the John Lewis Partnership. This period provided experience in line management, training, organisation development and commercial reality. Her early years in management consultancy, a Senior Partner of Infocus, a Management Consultant with KPMG and Business Development Director at Pauline Hyde provided experience of having bottom line responsibility, and the challenge of addressing large corporate and international issues.

Bridget was with PA Consulting Group for 12 years, a Board Member and Member of the Management Committee. As a leader of PA, she set strategy and led management to achieve results of £320 million, employing over 3000 consultants in 26 countries. She managed the People and Organisational Change Practice as well as the Global Business Transformation Group, with revenues of £18 and £62 million respectively. She chaired the Corporate Partner Election Committee for three consecutive years, responsible for the standards and performance levels of 160 Partners. She played a lead role in an American acquisition for PA.
