Valeria’s coaching approach has a strong focus on results for effective business performance through personal development, with long term effects on behaviours with the aim to help her clients realise their full potential. Valeria’s coaching style is deeply influenced by her educational background in Psychology applied to work and organisations, with a strong focus and application of Gestalt and Positive Psychology. Valeria is an occupational psychologist and executive coach who has worked in the Financial Services industry for more than 20 years. She has worked as a Talent Development expert for several across several international investment banks: Commerzbank, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and recently Goldman Sachs.

Valeria covered a variety of roles which enabled her to advise senior executives on human capital strategy and organisational development for many internal divisions.

Besides practising as an internal coach with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs executives, Valeria has been coaching clients in financial and professional services, wealth management, public health, management consultancy and the non-profit sector for 10 years.

Her areas of specialisation are executive presence and personal impact, transition into new roles/teams/organisations, leadership development, cultural integration following mergers/acquisitions, career management, team management, personal effectiveness, resilience and wellbeing, cultural and
