Approach:

Navin is a passionate trainer and coach. He works for international clients mainly across Europe (e.g. Adidas, Siemens, Vattenfall, Fresenius, Zeiss, World Food Programme). He focusses on leadership topics, consulting skills and facilitating change.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in the field of top management consulting
  • 8 years of international training experience
  • 8 years of coaching experience (coached more than 700 individuals)
  • Consultant @KPMG and Project Leader @BCG (2006-2013)
  • Co-Founder and CEO (2013-2016) of natuerlich a regional organic juice producer (natuerlichsaft.de)

Other Experience:

Navin studied mathematics and computer science in Germany and the US and received a PhD in neuroscience from the Max-Planck-Institute for Intelligent Systems. He developed brain computer interfaces which are used by disabled persons to communicate or to control a computer solely via concentration. He has conducted two coaching educations (DCV, ICF), holds a license to practice psychology, and is MBTI and DiSC accredited.

  • German license to practice psychotherapy (2012)
  • Diploma in mathematics and Doctorate in neurosciences (Brain-Computer Interfaces) (2001, 2005)
