Charles co-developed the highly successful and well-established MSc in Coaching and Development with Portsmouth University Business School attended by senior leaders across the public and private sectors.
Charles’ depth of experience comes from working across a variety of industry sectors with Chief Executives, Board Members and Senior Executives as a trusted advisor to many international companies.
Charles is responsible for TPC Leadership’s international growth, creating offices around the world.
He was a founding board member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and Chair of the Membership & Marketing Committee.
Charles also works on a voluntary basis for WYSE, a not-for-profit organisation sponsored by the United Nations, to develop young leaders across the world.
