Quality Policy
Introduction
Our team pioneered the early coaching movement in Europe and our leadership expertise is based on the in-depth knowledge we gained then and further developed based on experience and newly acquired knowledge. We have more than 20 years of experience in delivering transformational leadership and system-level change services.
More than 20 years of learning and transformation has taught us that for the most advanced development in leaders, and for the most sustainable change, we use a post-conventional approach to development.
Our personal to transpersonal approach takes people on a journey to an advanced stage of leadership expertise through which they achieve better results on leadership assessment, create more meaningful relationships, become better organizational developers and become oriented to more advanced sustainability policies and strategies.
Our Core Principles
- We believe that consistent, reliable and high quality of our work is crucial to the success of TPC Leadership.
- Quality assurance is an essential part of our commitment to all clients and stakeholders we work with.
- Living our values: imagination, unity, service, action, adventure, vitality and growth.
Our Policies
TPC Leadership is committed to complying with the following rules and guidelines:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- EMCC Code of Ethics
- The EMCC quality standards
- ISO 9001
Our quality assurance process covers the following topics in detail
- Delivery and customer satisfaction
- Customer approval
- Contract and budgets
- Archiving
- Data protection and backup
- Suppliers and subcontractors
- Commercial and legal
- Monitoring and implementation
- Sustainability
- Evaluation
Moreover, to deliver quality, we apply our internal policies regarding the following;
- Health and safety policy: We provide clear instructions and training to enable associates/contractors to perform their tasks. We also hold regular discussions with associates/contractors regarding workload, diversity of projects/work and health.
- Equal opportunities policy: We work with diverse individuals, teams, organisations, partners and clients around the world and develop and maintain partnerships and relationships based on reciprocity. To achieve this, we use our equal opportunities policy. The equal opportunities policy has the full support of the Managing Partners and subcontractors.
Diversity is an inclusive concept. It takes into account that people differ from each other in many ways: gender, age, ethnicity, sexual identity, physical abilities, mental capacities, religion, education, economic status, personality, communication style and approaches to work, for example. We believe that by understanding, valuing and managing these differences, we are more likely to reflect different contributions, needs and interests, resulting in greater participation that benefits TPC Leadership and its clients.
We reject unlawful and unfair discrimination and are committed to implementing policies, strategies and procedures that promote equal opportunities. We are also committed to removing barriers and seek to redress imbalances. Our selection processes and decisions will not unjustifiably discriminate on the basis of age, disability, health or medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, marital or civil partnership status, political opinion, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, spent convictions, trade union membership, or caring responsibilities. We strive to earn the respect and trust of our clients and customers and maintain high standards in their interests.
- Environmental policy: we aim to promote environmental awareness and minimise our physical impact on the planet, while complying with all relevant environmental legislation.
To fulfil our commitment, we apply the following principles:
- We ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and, where none exists, establish our own standards.
- All employees/contractors work from home, eliminating the need for an office environment.
- We use IT to assist with communication—email, digital documents, and videoconferencing—to minimize paper usage.
- When travel is necessary, employees/contractors use public transportation whenever possible, and if they travel by car, they share the ride whenever possible.
- We use local suppliers for our materials, reducing the need to transport materials long distances.
- We support local businesses when we need to rent space to run our programs.
- We recycle equipment and supplies, such as ink, and donate old equipment to charities if it is still usable.
- We encourage our clients to join us in our commitment to environmental stewardship.
- We try to arrange meeting locations that are easily accessible by public transportation.
- We endorse carbon-neutral flights.
- We generally do not use plastic water bottles.
Our approach to quality assurance is described below in our quality policy;
Quality Policy and Objectives
TPC Leadership is a company that provides services that ideally exceed clients’ expectations, with competent, dedicated and motivated employees while promoting honest and ethical business behaviour towards our clients and suppliers. To achieve this policy, we are committed to the following:
Clients
We listen to our clients and strive to exceed their business needs and requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
We believe that (1) formal evaluations of our services throughout the term and (2) the opportunity to give and receive open feedback are important sources of learning for both the client and us: it increases impact and effectiveness of our work. We collect feedback on both won projects (impact on participants) and lost projects (prospect’s motivation for not choosing us) and see this as opportunities for improvement.
Services
We develop sustainable services and strive to be the best in the market while providing good value for money.
We meet our customers’ product and service requirements in terms of budget and on-time delivery.
We develop these in line with our business strategy.
We work with our customer to establish – if necessary – a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that covers all relevant aspects of our products and services and articulates and clarifies our relevant roles and responsibilities and mutual expectations around the delivery of this service.
Collaborations Associate Partner, associates/subcontractors
We constantly strive to create a fair, respectful and open working environment.
