Leadership
Coaching

Measured real-life changes for leaders to understand their behaviour and act on it.

How do leaders become clearer
and more confident in how they lead?

The higher a leader rises, the less honest feedback they tend to receive and the more their habits go unexamined. We create the space, and the partnership, to work on real situations a leader is facing right now.

We spark a visible shift in how leaders are perceived and impact the people around them.

They become more conscious of their own behavior and more effective at delegating, setting expectations and handling difficult conversations and feedback; more aware of their patterns under pressure and better able to manage their resilience; equipped with a clear, personal vision of themselves as a leader and the behaviours to act on it.

Liberating potential

Our approach is rooted in our DNA and delivers measurable results

Coaching is our backbone and our quiet magic: the way we work, not an add-on. Our coaches are ICF- and EMCC-accredited practitioners, rooted in real business experience and grounded in psychology; we are not academics or theorists. We coach rather than teach: every session is a real, confidential thinking space built on trust, honest challenge, and practical tools a leader can use the next morning.

What sets our coaching apart is that it is measured, not only conversational. Evidence is visible to the leader rather than left to impression.

And coaching can stand alone or be woven into a wider leadership journey to embed learning and make new behaviours stick long after a workshop ends.

Our coaching solutions can support a single leader, or be deployed across a population of leaders as part of a wider development effort. From board-level leaders, founders and partners to high-potential and emerging leaders.

Quality and ethics

Our coaches work under supervision and mentoring: the mechanism that protects the interests of both the leader and the organization, keeps coaching ethical and confidential, and sustains the quality and consistency of what we deliver.

When working with an organization across many coaching relationships, we can also feed back anonymised themes (what’s surfacing across the system as a whole) without ever compromising an individual’s confidentiality.

Bringing the magic

What we deliver

From the first engagement and diagnosis, coaching runs against a personal development plan: concrete goals, what the leader will do differently, and how success will be measured, including behavioural and leadership-effectiveness 360 indicators, repeated later to make the shift visible. The leader’s own team and counterparts become active sparring partners in their development rather than distant observers.

Executive diagnosis

Understanding the leader, their context and the expectations around them, through conversations, stakeholder input, and often a profile (such as Insights or MBTI) or a 360 assessment. Early findings are debriefed in the first coaching session, giving the leader a clear (sometimes surprising) picture of how they are perceived.

1:1 / Executive Coaching

Confidential individual coaching for leaders and senior executives, anchored where useful to a development plan and 360 feedback. Sessions flex to seniority: extended time for executive and board-level leaders, focused sessions for those earlier in their journey – delivered in person or online.

Coaching on the Job

A coach observes a leader in a real meeting (a team meeting, a difficult conversation, a board session) with a short prep beforehand and a private debrief after, focused entirely on the leader’s behaviour and impact. The most revealing mode: we work with the system in action, not with what people report about it. Feedback stays confidential between coach and leader.

Group & Peer Coaching

Facilitated coaching across a cohort or peer circle of leaders from deliberately diverse backgrounds, where they bring real challenges, ask for advice, learn from one another’s experience and build shared accountability – a safe space to test, reflect and grow, structured around cycles of inspiration, action and reflection.

Our results stick.
Don’t just take our word for it.

“A year ago, I decided to invest in something that doesn’t always show immediate results — executive coaching. Working with TPC has been one of the most high-impact decisions in my journey. During this period, I transitioned from leading Business Development to Managing Director for the Renewables & Batteries business in the Middle East.”

FAQ

Common questions about Leadership Coaching

Coaching works on a leader’s real, current and specific situations rather than generic content. Every session is a confidential thinking space built on trust and honest challenge, anchored to a personal development plan rather than a curriculum.

Both. Coaching can support a single board-level leader or be deployed across a wider population, from founders and partners to high-potential and emerging leaders.

Each engagement runs against a personal development plan with concrete goals, including behavioural and leadership-effectiveness 360 indicators, repeated later in the engagement to make the shift visible.

Individual sessions remain confidential between coach and leader. When working across many coaching relationships within one organization, anonymised, aggregate themes can be fed back without compromising any individual leader’s confidentiality.

Cadence is often one session every 3 to 5 weeks, but to be discussed and agreed upon between coach and coachee. Usually we work with a certain time budget, and coach & coachee decide if they prefer to spend this in shorter and more sessions, or fewer and longer sessions – whatever works best for them. Depending on the time budget, a coaching journey often takes between 6 months and a year.

Yes. Sessions are delivered in person or online, and the format is agreed based on what works best for the leader and their context. The approach and rigour are the same either way.

Having a match with your coach is extremely important, and heavily influences the success of the journey. For this reason, we propose a few profiles and you’ll have 2 or 3 chemistry checks with each to decide which coach you want to move forwards with.

Yes. We deliver our Leadership Coaching across all regions, in 27 languages, through a global network of consultants who combine international consistency with local insight. The program model and quality standards travel with it wherever it runs.
