Leadership Development Programs
Enable leaders with global and regional programs built around your organization, not off the shelf.
How to instill lasting leadership change
that translates into real business results?
Most leadership training fails the same way: it’s heavy on content, disconnected from the business, and delivered as an event that people enjoy and then forget. Days pass, the workshop ends, and nothing changes in how leaders actually behave on Monday morning. The gap is rarely knowledge. It’s that development wasn’t tied to the organization’s real strategy, wasn’t grounded in how leaders are actually perceived, and wasn’t given the time and structure to turn insight into habit.
A TPC Leadership program is built to close that gap. Every program begins from your reality. Before design, we run a leadership diagnostic (typically a mix of group and 1:1 interviews across leadership levels). This is why our programs are co-created rather than delivered off a shelf, with each journey built around your strategy, your culture, your leaders’ real development needs, and the outcomes you’re trying to reach.

Liberating potential
The four dimensions of leadership
Our programs are built on a single, consistent model. Effective leadership is expressed through four dimensions, and a well-designed journey develops leaders across all of them:
- Personal Leadership: Vision of self as a leader, self-awareness and self-management, expressing yourself as a leader, and developing personal resilience.
- Relational Leadership: Situational leadership, emotional intelligence and leading others, communicating, giving feedback and challenge, coaching skills, and relational influence.
- Team & Organizational Leadership: Developing performance, developing and facilitating teams, navigating leadership transitions, understanding the organization, and leading change.
- Systemic Leadership: Business and leadership ethics, a global view, influencing systemically, strategic partnering, and building a personal brand.
Cohorts, tiers and scale
Programs run in cohorts (typically cross-functional and international), and can be tiered by leadership level so that frontline, operational and senior leaders each get a journey pitched to their reality while sharing a common framework and language.
This tiered, cohort-based design lets a program start where it has the greatest enterprise impact and then cascade across the organization.
Making it stick
The journey is deliberately engineered so learning transfers into the real world. Off-the-job modules are paired with on-the-job practice: supervisor alignment before, feedback-gathering and behavior practice between modules, learning nudges, and peer exchange throughout.
Every module ends with a structured cycle of awareness, commitment, transformation and sustainability, so each leader leaves with concrete commitments and a first step, not just notes.
Measurement and impact
The precise metrics are agreed with you up front, and because a program is a strategic investment, we measure it like one, based on the context of the client. We baseline before (pre-assessment, goals, capability gaps against business priorities),
track engagement and application during, and measure sustained impact after (program NPS, learning assessment, behavior change against baseline, manager-reported improvements, and business outcomes).
Bringing the magic
What we deliver
A program is a journey over months, not a course over days. The design blends a small proportion of formal input with a much larger emphasis on learning from others and learning in the role itself (a 70-20-10 logic), because behavior changes through practice and feedback, not exposure alone. A typical journey combines several elements woven together over six to twelve months.
Our results stick.
Don’t just take our word for it.
“TPC Leadership develops leaders with a heart for leaders AND their organisations. They are engaged and passionate in what they do. They focus on the individual, but will always keep the vision and objectives of the organisation into account.”

FAQ
Common questions about Leadership Development Programs
A course delivers content over a few days and leaves people to apply it alone. A program is a journey over months, built around your strategy and your leaders’ real development needs, combining workshops with coaching, practice, peer exchange and measurement, so that new behavior actually embeds in the role rather than fading after the event.
Programs are typically journeys of six to twelve months, because behavior change needs time, practice and reinforcement between sessions. The exact length depends on your goals, the leadership levels involved, and how deep the journey needs to go, which we shape with you during design.
Yes, that’s the point. While the underlying model and journey architecture are proven, every program is co-created: we start from a leadership diagnostic, build around your business cases, values and desired behaviors, and align the design to the strategy or transformation you’re driving.
Programs can be designed for any tier, from frontline and operational leaders to senior and experienced leaders, and typically run in cohorts that are cross-functional and international. A program can start with the population where it has the greatest impact and then cascade across levels, sharing a common leadership language throughout.
Leaders aligned around a shared, explicit picture of the behaviors your strategy demands; measurably shifted in how they lead and how they’re perceived; more effective at driving performance, leading change, developing their people and collaborating across boundaries; equipped with a personal leadership vision and the practical tools to act on it; and connected into a leadership community that sustains the change.
For the organization: leadership capability built where it has the greatest enterprise impact, and development translated into business results rather than isolated learning events.
We agree the measures with you up front and track impact across three moments: a baseline before, engagement and application during, and sustained impact after, including behavior change against the starting point and, where relevant, business outcomes such as execution quality, retention and internal promotion.
A 360 assessment usually plays an important role, giving leaders honest visibility of how they’re perceived at the start and a measurable read on their growth by the end. The assessment approach itself is covered under our Leadership Assessment solution; within a program, it’s the engine that makes the journey personal and the progress measurable.
Yes. We deliver our Leadership Development programs across all regions, in 27 languages, through a global network of consultants who combine international consistency with local insight. The program model and quality standards travel with it wherever it runs.
