Weronika brings over 15 years of international leadership and consulting experience across Europe, working in Paris, London, Warsaw, and now Italy. As the Founder of The Women Leadership Academy and a PCC Certified Leadership Coach, she has supported more than 150 leaders and partnered with global organizations including PwC, Orange, Roland Berger, InPost, the largest Swiss bank, United Ventures, Liftt VC, NeoOptima, Elevate Outdoor Collective and Techstars.

Her career spans senior roles in PwC where she served as Vice Director, Senior Manager and Chief of Staff to an Advisory Partner—leading strategic initiatives in digital strategy, new ventures, go-to-market, and innovation. She previously worked in transformation at PayU/Naspers Group and began her career in international finance, M&A, and communications across France and Spain.

Weronika combines this corporate background with deep expertise in leadership psychology, emotional intelligence and confidence work. She designs and delivers leadership programs, facilitates group coaching processes and coaches high-achievers to step into courageous, authentic leadership. Her work focuses on self-confidence, imposter syndrome, influence, cross-cultural leadership and navigating ambitious careers without burnout.
