Tom van Dyck

Tom uniquely taps into hard and soft skills, with over 15 years’ industry experience, a top-tier MBA and strategy consulting – but most of all with a passion for people’s development. With Tom’s own sensitivity for organizational dynamics – ranging from leadership styles, over team dynamics, to corporate politics, he quickly generates trust through genuine empathy. From this starting point, the self-reflecting coaching journey can begin, in order to add value by helping people and teams become more effective in delivering results against targets and expectations.

Tom is Partner with TPC Leadership Benelux. He brings a rare mix of corporate experience, a top-tier MBA, strategy consulting, and entrepreneurship. Ever since 2013 he’s been growing his one-man start-up into what we are today – with a community of ~35 professionals in the Benelux. The aim has always been to build something that could live on without him – mission accomplished. Today, Tom spends his time on understanding the world of leadership today, on client conversations; on building the team; on doing selected deliveries; and on helping TPC build its global office footprint.
