Approach
As a coach, Navin first works with his clients to identify what is not as desired in the here and now. He then explores the underlying psychodynamics and their history. To positively influence unwanted psychodynamics, Navin uses a wide range of methods (e.g. Gestalt therapy, behavioral therapy). As a trainer, he usually manages to quickly create an atmosphere of trust as a basis for the participants’ learning success. In terms of content, he specializes in consulting skills and leadership.
