Thibaut Desmons

Thibaut believes that education is the strongest tool to empower people and societies. He is passionate about finding out, analysing and understanding people’s learning needs and helping them achieve their personal development goals. His strong background in instructional design allows him to develop customized, innovative and effective learning solutions that motivate and engage the learners.

Thibaut has worked as a facilitator and consultant with international organizations in both private and public sectors and from various industries such as: construction, manufacturing, IT and education.

His recent projects have been focusing on improving the motivation and engagement of employees in order to foster high performing organizations.

Prior to joining TPC Leadership, Thibaut worked in France as an HR project manager for EDF (French national electricity company) and OTIS elevators, on topics such as skills management and social audit. He then turned to corporate training, delivering soft skills trainings as an independent trainer and consultant in China and then in Romania. He is currently a lecturer at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania.
