Sophie is an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker with extensive experience in HR consulting. She has worked with multinational companies in both the public and private sectors, delivering leadership and management development programs for middle and senior managers.

As an executive coach, Sophie has worked with senior leaders and executives across various industries, including banking, insurance, professional services, telecommunications, food, manufacturing, FMCG, utilities, and HR consulting for several multinational companies. Sophie has developed international coaching experience, having lived in France, Italy, and China.

Before joining TPC Leadership, Sophie worked as a behavioral change expert in management training, focusing on integrating new learnings into a sustainable daily work routine. She also worked as a facilitator for senior leaders, helping them develop vision and strategy, as well as goal-setting strategies that cascaded down to every level of management.
