Roslina Abdul Manap

Roslina has over 10 years experience as an executive coach and is an ICF-PCC credentialed coach with over 2,000 coaching hours. Roslina has over 18 years corporate experience, heading the finance department of a PLC. Currently a resident coach of a financial institution, Roslina is passionate in helping others reach their full potential. Roslina is also trained in the Accelerated Learning Methodology as well as Guided Imagery processes.

She is a NASAGA certified trainer in the field of Learning & Game Design. She is also a certified NLP practitioner and a DRB-Hicom certified Virtual Learning Facilitator. In 2022, Roslina became a Certified Financial Educator Instructor (CFEI) from Financial Educator Council USA, affirming her passion to champion Financial Literacy.

Roslina is the managing director of Protégé Advisory Sdn Bhd, a company that runs ICF coaching certification programs with over 120 alumni. She is also an Accelerated Learning practitioner: designing and delivering programs to fit clients’ needs in an interactive and meaningful manner to ensure deep learning.

Roslina has coached and developed teams, C-suites, senior managers and executives in their various roles towards achieving their goals.

She is on the Board of Governors of Sri Bestari International &Private Schools, where she is tasked to ensure that the learning and development of Sri Bestari students is always at its best.

In August 2021, Roslina was appointed as Resident Coach and HR Consultant to a First Board Financial Institution. Before that she was the Coach Facilitator to the same Company for the 6 years and has been developing their future talents.

In 2022 Roslina was appointed as a Project Manager by FINCO (the Financial Industry Collective Outreach) where she also served as a Coach and Mentor to primary school children in Selangor and Sarawak on the GOODSense project, reaching out to students in schools in Sekinchan in Selangor, and Miri and Bintulu in Sarawak.

Roslina was also part of the team that offers coaching to support students in University Malaya (UM) and International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Her passion in coaching has even brought her to Lahore, Pakistan to support the management’s effort to bring coaching culture into the company.
