Rodrigo Lolato

Rodrigo enjoyed a rapid rise through the ranks as an executive at multinational companies, undergoing intensive training in the U.S. and Europe, reaching his first management position at age 25 and assuming a senior management role at age 27.

As an executive, he managed operations in South America and led major cultural transformations that yielded significant business results.

He currently provides consulting and training in human and organizational development, helping organizations achieve results in a sustainable manner (by focusing on personal effectiveness, interpersonal skills, and leadership). He is also an executive and personal coach. He is a participant in the Art of Hosting movement, which aims to build collaborative management processes based on collective intelligence.

Rodrigo holds a degree in Coaching from the EcoSocial Institute and a certificate in eCoaching Fundamentals from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI, California, USA). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology (Psychosynthesis) from the São Paulo Center for Psychosynthesis and a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar.
