Roberto Di Stefano

Roberto Di Stefano is a Partner at TPC Leadership, an Executive & Team Coach, Mentor and Leadership Advisor. He works with leaders, teams and organizations to strengthen leadership, foster personal and professional growth, and navigate complexity and cultural change.

His approach combines the strategic perspective of a former senior executive with the depth of an experienced coach. He creates spaces where individuals and teams can challenge established assumptions, broaden their perspective and translate greater awareness into meaningful choices and sustainable action.

Roberto believes that leadership development is not simply about acquiring new skills. It requires the capacity to understand oneself, engage authentically with others, work effectively within complex systems and make conscious choices when facing ambiguity, tension and competing priorities. His work therefore integrates individual development, team dynamics and organizational context, connecting human growth with business impact.

Creativity, experimentation and experiential learning are central to his practice, alongside a strong focus on people’s strengths, potential and capacity for transformation.

Roberto designs and delivers Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Leadership Development programmes for national and international organizations. His work spans senior leadership development, team effectiveness, cultural transformation, organizational change and the development of coaching capabilities within organizations.

He works with executives, leadership teams and high-potential leaders across multinational corporations, international institutions and entrepreneurial organizations. His experience includes Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Consulting and Professional Services, Food & Wine, Hospitality, Fashion & Luxury, Sports, Formula1, NGOs and United Nations Agencies.

His work is particularly focused on helping leaders operate effectively in complex and evolving environments: strengthening self-awareness and leadership maturity, building trust and accountability within teams, navigating difficult conversations and trade-offs, and developing the collective capacity to lead change.

Before joining TPC Leadership, Roberto spent approximately 15 years in senior managerial roles in the automotive industry and subsequently worked as an entrepreneur, founder and advisor to start-ups.

During his corporate career, he held strategic and executive responsibilities across different functions, businesses and markets. At IVECO, he served as a member and coordinator of the Board, reporting directly to the Brand President and CEO. This experience shaped his understanding of leadership from within organizations and his ability to work with complexity, ambiguity, competing stakeholder expectations and large-scale transformation.

His background allows him to bridge the worlds of business and human development, combining first-hand executive experience with coaching, facilitation and organizational development.

Alongside his work with organizations, Roberto is an author. He has written the novels La Leggerezza di Violetta and Il Destino di Ludovico. Writing represents another dimension of his exploration of human experience, personal growth, choices and change.
