Rita’s expertise is in executive coaching, leadership capabilities assessment and development with a strategic foresight to support corporate successes. Rita is a senior human capital advisor and a certified coach who has dedicated 30+ years of experience leading strategic human resources functions for international and innovative companies, with regional remits across EMEA and a clear focus on talent strategy. Before her career shift to people advisory consulting, her long career track record began locally in Lebanon, then regional in the UAE, then global in France.

As a people, advisory consultant, and certified coach Rita has diverse and international experience developing leadership. Her client base has covered major sectors, mainly Information Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, and Public sector in France, Europe, and Internationally. She leverages her corporate HR background leading major transformations to support the clients in aligning culture and capabilities, creating cohesion, and developing leadership capabilities to enable performance.

Rita supported a global glass business to put in place a corporate academy with a first pillar for a strategic learning & change program and a fully-fledged program on Leadership capability development. She has co-led and delivered an 18 months Leadership program for a Government institution. It involved assessing and developing critical leadership capabilities in a blended approach, with action-learning, coaching, and facilitating a nationwide strategic initiative. Rita facilitated a board of directors meeting on strategic orientation and people strategy for a Telecom company. She has also developed and delivered tailored and short leadership programs in various industries, in France and internationally, mainly focused on change, integration post-merger & acquisition, culture change, strategic alignment, and team efficiency. She has co-led development centers focused on tailored leadership competencies.
