Rebecca Quigley is a certified executive coach and dynamic facilitator with extensive expertise in corporate consulting, leadership and team development, and emotional intelligence. Her optimistic attitude, warmth, and intuitive approach enable clients to achieve exceptional outcomes, including enhanced clarity, impactful influence, and greater personal effectiveness.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Currently, Rebecca delivers goal-driven, strengths-based leadership coaching to leaders at all organizational levels. Additionally, she facilitates team coaching, conducts leadership development workshops and offsites, and provides small-group coaching. An accomplished facilitator, Rebecca excels as a front-of-the-room leader. She has completed 120 hours of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) training and is on track to earn her ORSC Certification (ICF – ACTC) in June 2025, advancing her mastery in coaching complex partnerships and teams. Rebecca is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment, Hogan 360, and DiSC Workplace Assessments, with extensive experience in stakeholder evaluations and 360-degree feedback. Before transitioning to executive coaching, Rebecca spent two decades in management consulting and corporate IT. She began her career at Accenture, where she became a manager in the Global Process Excellence practice. She continued her work in process reengineering and organizational change with Partners HealthCare, Harvard University’s healthcare system. At the culmination of her corporate career, she led a global technology team at Marriott.

Rebecca is frequently sought after to support and retain female leaders in male-dominated industries. Her passion for helping women stay, rise, and thrive stems from her early IT experiences in the 1990s.

  • As one of the original coaches for Chief, Rebecca supports cohorts of female executives monthly through small-group coaching and facilitation.
