Paula Abramovicz Erlich

Paula worked for 20 years as an executive in marketing, sales, strategy, and media.

She held senior executive positions at Google, Citibank/Credicard, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), AgênciaClick, Elma-Chips, Colgate-Palmolive, and Johnson & Johnson.

For the past 7 years, she has worked as a trusted advisor, coach for senior executives and teams, facilitator, and mentor. She is currently also the Managing Partner of TPC Leadership in Brazil.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

She completed her coaching training at the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). She is an ACC coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Points-of-You certified trainer, and a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) with YPO.
