Nina Russo

Nina joined TPC Leadership in 2024, with the goal of making the most of the skills she developed during her academic and professional training.

Following her studies in history, with a focus on culture and institutions, Nina gained experience in teaching at both the elementary and high school levels.

By specializing in history and philosophy and combining her theoretical knowledge with a pedagogical approach, she developed both the ability to interpret context and a strong interest in understanding people and their individuality.

Starting in 2021, she entered the field of Human Resources by earning a master’s degree and subsequently working in the HR department of a company, where she was able to take on a variety of roles. In particular, she gained in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition and Total Reward & Global Mobility, but she also participated in numerous cross-functional projects, taking on tasks ranging from the implementation and testing of a new management system to exploring DEI issues.

This experience has strengthened her ability to manage complex situations and challenging tasks, allowing her to develop a more flexible approach.
