Nanci Weaver

Nanci is a leadership professional and coach with more than 20 years’ experience. Her expertise spans the areas of leadership, training and facilitation, instructional design, coaching and organizational development. Nanci’s key skills are providing the structure, coaching feedback and positive learning interventions to bring talented individual leaders into working effectively together to lead the organization and maximise performance.

Nanci’s depth of experience comes from working across a variety of sectors with Executive Teams, as well as Leaders at every level in the organization. She is particularly skilled at creating and facilitating innovative Executive Offsites with follow-up development for leaders in alignment with the strategic direction of the company.

With her International clients, Nanci has successfully designed and delivered development programs for high potential leaders, to facilitate their growth within the organization. Her international experience includes: U.S., Canada, Chile, Mexico, Singapore, Poland, Brazil, UK, India and France.

Nanci worked internally for 10 years for an international manufacturing firm gaining a clear perspective of what organizations need to be effective across multiple sites and countries. Following this, she created a successful consulting firm to continue her work across numerous industries.

Nanci also works pro-bono with local foundations and not-for-profit agencies to assist with their long-term strategic planning.
