Monique Keuning

Monique has always been fascinated by people and by their resilience. Every person is special and has their own will, unique power and purpose. She supports professionals and managers in finding their own strength and purpose in order to get the best out of themselves and their teams. Monique is always looking for ‘what is possible’ and ‘what gives positive energy’. She is solution-focused and is always determined to encourage people to make the right choices and to support them with the challenges that come along. Clients appreciate her strong empathy, her powerful questioning, her curiosity and her ability of quick thinking.

During her career Monique has been combining HR Management with coaching, consulting and training. She has been trained in various coaching and consulting techniques, including solution-focused coaching, positive psychology, Covey, Transactional Analysis and the ICF accredited holistic approach of Co-Active Coaching. Because she has worked in many different organizations and positions, she can swiftly understand the personal and professional interests and backgrounds.

Monique has an extensive background in Human Resource Management. She held various positions at Philips, among which include training and development, recruitment, management development and HR management. Since then, she worked as an independent professional in interim HR Management, project management, consultancy and coaching.

Altogether she has over 28 years of experience in top international companies, government organizations, professional services, retail and wholesale companies.
