Mihaela-Leocadia Hartescu
Associate
Italy
“I am fascinated by the way we enter this life and how that shapes the course of our existence. I feel privileged to accompany people from a wide range of backgrounds on their journeys and help them reconnect with their vitality, so that they can find their own way of being and bring their unique voice to the world.”
Approach
Mihaela is a psychologist and psychotherapist (a certified transactional analyst in psychotherapy), supervisor, and trainer; she is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Practitioner (PMH-C), an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, a PCC leadership coach, and a mindfulness-focused facilitator (in individual and group settings, during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and in organizational contexts). Mihaela combines a solid scientific foundation with her own intuition and that of the people she works with, making the content practical, personal, and context-specific. Her approach is relational and co-creative, drawing on the latest findings in the fields of adult development, neuroscience, psychology, and business, using practical and creative methods. She is passionate about supporting life processes and transitions throughout the life cycle (for example, birth and becoming a parent, moving abroad, and other life and career transitions). She feels privileged to accompany people on this journey and believes that her various specializations are complementary and enrich the therapeutic/coaching/supervisory relationship and the co-created work.
