Approach

Matilde’s approach combines a people-centered perspective within the organization with a strong focus on processes and results. She loves coaching for its power and its “structured magic,” and she particularly loves executive coaching, where she works with educational pathways and processes using empathy, method, and a practical approach.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Matilde has been working as a development consultant and trainer for over 30 years and has gained extensive managerial and entrepreneurial experience. She has worked as an HR Business Partner, coach, and headhunter, managing and implementing change projects, as well as monitoring and managing leadership teams, working with top and middle managers.

Matilde works as an executive coach, team coach, and leadership trainer with managers and executives. She works with public agencies, as well as companies in the engineering, pharmaceutical, automotive, healthcare, retail, maritime, and food sectors.

She has assisted public and private organizations—in both manufacturing and service sectors—through change management programs and processes, coaching, team coaching, unconventional training, and organizational analysis. She has experience coordinating large-scale training projects, including at the international level.

Other Relevant Experience

Matilde teaches in numerous master’s programs and participates in conferences and seminars on soft skills development. She has written numerous articles and publications on training and human resources. Matilde is an adjunct professor of “Training and Soft Skills” at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University in Naples. She currently serves as National President of AIDP (Italian Association for Personnel Management) and as a member of the Board of Directors of the AIDP Foundation – Work and Sustainability. Previously, she was President of AIDP Campania and the AIDP Liaison for Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

Education, Qualifications & Certifications

Matilde holds a law degree.

She completed a master’s program in Human Resources Development and took various courses on leadership, team building, performance management, and skills assessment.

As a coaching practitioner, she trained at The Performance Coach and earned the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She is certified to administer personality assessments, motivational questionnaires, and psycho-aptitude tests, including Insightful Leader 360°, OPQ, MQ, and Verify.
