Marjoka is an organizational consultant, facilitator and coach with a background in social and organizational psychology. Her work focuses on the human and behavioural side of organizational challenges, particularly in the areas of leadership, collaboration, team development and change. She combines analytical thinking with a curious and inquiring approach, helping teams and organizations move from insight to action and from vision to everyday practice.
