Marjoka van Doorn

Marjoka combines a sharp, analytical eye for systems, teams, and individual dynamics with a genuine ability to connect on a personal level. Her approach fosters trust, engagement, and energy. As a social psychologist, she focuses on the behavioral and communicative side of organizations, contributing to both strong relationships and meaningful results. Clients value her warm presence, her positive energy, and her supportive style of coaching and facilitation.

Over the past 25 years, Marjoka has been active as an organisational consultant, facilitator, and executive (team) coach, working with a wide range of public and private organisations. She enjoys designing and guiding leadership development programmes, and coaching executive teams, managers, and professionals — always tailored to their unique context and needs. Whether working in person or remotely, Marjoka brings her full presence and energy to every client.

Marjoka worked as the owner and managing partner of her own training company in the 1990s and has since collaborated as an associate with various training and consultancy firms. She has been affiliated with TPC Leadership for over ten years. Alongside this, she pursued an academic career, both teaching and conducting academic research. In 2016, she obtained a PhD in the social sciences, writing a dissertation on the practice and promotion of tolerance. She studied diversity and inclusion processes in academia and applies her insights in her daily work, promoting inclusive leadership, open dialogue, and organisational cultures where diversity is seen as a source of strength.
