Marica Martini

She works with individuals, groups, and organizations to help them achieve their goals and results, facilitating change management, learning, and relationship management. The initiatives in which she is involved may involve various tools such as observation, guided experimentation, training, facilitation, and coaching. She combines diverse disciplines ranging from systems thinking to social psychology, and from project management to psychoanalysis. In the projects she leads, she places a particular focus on the themes of well-being and inclusion.

Marica is a psychotherapist and organizational development consultant, certified as a Project Manager Professional.

As a consultant and coach, she works with international companies across various sectors: manufacturing, banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, and fashion. She has led projects in Italy and throughout Europe.

As a project manager, she has managed organizational development projects focused on changing mindsets and organizational culture, using a systemic approach.

As a consultant, she advises and supports project managers and their teams in understanding and facilitating group dynamics, decision-making, and problem analysis in critical situations, as well as in applying project management methodologies.

She has worked on inclusion projects with a particular focus on the integration of workers with intellectual disabilities.

She has supported managers, executives, and coordinators in developing and consolidating their roles within various organizations.

She designs and administers assessments for evaluating competencies and developing potential.

Before entering the field of organizational consulting, Marica worked in various companies, holding positions in HR and training. She continued her professional development in consulting.

From 2015 to 2019, she served as Veneto Branch Director for the Project Management Institute.

She continues to practice as a psychotherapist in her private practice.
