Ludovica Vacri

Ludovica takes a creative, holistic, solution-based, and personalized approach, thanks to her strong background and experience in design, neuroscience, and lateral thinking. She works in the tech industry, but dreams of a world where people can easily disconnect. I love the greenery of Brazil, the colors of Barcelona, listening to people, and, above all, observing insects; she has been raising butterflies for years.

Ludovica has been a Leadership Associate Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator at TPC Leadership since 2024. With extensive experience in innovation management, service and information design, and coaching focused on people skills, she integrates neuroscience, computer science, and positive psychology to transform leaders and organizations. Her experience spans various sectors, including Management Consulting, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Digital Finance, EdTech, Gaming, and Health Tech. She collaborates as an associate with other organizations such as Modern Health, Sama Coaching, and Likedminded Ltd., where she uses evidence-based techniques to enhance leadership skills, promote effective and nonviolent communication, and apply design thinking to career development. Since 2019, she has helped managers, HR professionals, C-level executives, and teams manage stress, advance their careers, lead teams, and innovate new products. Her approach integrates elements from neuroscience, computational neurology, positive psychology, a systemic approach, and mindfulness.

In addition to her consulting work, Ludovica serves as a senior researcher, innovation manager, and information designer. She has led innovative projects, improving accessibility for users and implementing strategic solutions tailored to specific products. She has facilitated workshops and focus groups using team-based and envisioning methodologies, created databases for entire companies, optimized team workflows, and promoted the involvement of various stakeholders. As a technical consultant, she works with Y-Combinator, collaborating with innovative startups around the globe.
