Lidia is a professional coach for TPC Leadership SEA. She has coached global employees from various industries and organization sizes and part of Leadership team of International Coach Federation Jakarta Charter Chapter (ICF JCC). Furthermore, she is actively involved in the education of coaching in the young generation on the topics of Career, Leadership and Life coaching.

She is part of Indonesia’s registered lecturer under Indonesia Education ministry. She is a lecturer in one of Vocational Academy of Tourism in Jakarta. As her vision to mainstream coaching she applied coaching competencies in at best possible all her professional dan personal interactions.

She is a member of ICF JCC, Global IAF (International Association of Facilitator) and SHRM.
