Lena Beitler

As a work and organizational psychologist, Lena wants to contribute to a better world of leadership by strengthening leaders in their professional and personal roles and uncovering the great potential of positive leadership together. With a systemic, resource-oriented approach, she supports her coaching clients in gaining clarity about their desire for change, defining concrete goals and realistic development strategies while keeping their health in mind. At the heart of her work is above all the psychological dimension: the person themselves, with their values, needs and convictions, their personality and their individual “system”. Lena brings her experience and expertise as a psychologist, HR developer, trainer and academic author into her coaching, aiming to provide professional help towards self-help. With trusting openness and empathy, honest feedback and analytical thinking, creative solution-orientation and a pinch of humor, she guides her clients towards their individual solution, which they often already (unconsciously) carry within themselves.
