Laurent has a unique way of connecting with people and building trust, his passion is to improve the performance and well-being of the organizations of tomorrow. Laurent has more than 15 years of experience working in international technology organisations managing various cross cultural teams, 20 years of experience practicing top sport and 10 years of experience in Leadership and Coaching. His core expertise lies in personal leadership, resilience, high performing teams and large Leadership Development programmes.

• 4 years of Account Management and managing cross cultural teams with Atos Belgium. – 8 years in Consulting, Project Management and Change at Siemens IT Services, across different locations, amongst other in Munich
• 25 selections with Belgian National Hockey team (2006) + Belgian Champion (2007) with Hockey Club Leuven
