Kirsten Bradley

With her experiences in general management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and board supervision, Kirsten developed herself in a people focused person, leader, manager, coach and consultant. In the variety of roles that she has had, she realised again and again how important people are in achieving results and what it takes of their leaders to achieve results. She aims to get the best out of people and teams not only in results but also in happiness and fun. She is a sincere, warm-hearted person with a positive mindset. She guides in a natural way and provides structure if and when needed. She is caring, empathic and open to share based on her own experiences.

Kirsten has more than 25 years of experience in leadership, management, strategy, innovation and mergers and acquisitions in various international organizations. She has led multiple teams as both general and project manager. Kirsten’s personal leadership journey started during her first experience as a general manager when she implemented “coaching leadership” in 2007. Since then, she developed a passion for leadership, culture and organisations. Since 2023 she decided to fully dedicate herself to developing people and organisations, as an executive coach, consultant and supervisory board member.

6 years for ING Barings in Corporate Finance as consultant both in capital markets and M&A;

8 years for TNT in various roles in M&A, general manager and strategy;

8 years for SHV, the largest family owned company in the Netherlands, in various roles also in Mammoet and ERIKS.

In addition, she worked for Ahold, Wilo and Storskogen.

Currently she fulfills supervisory board roles with De Vermeulen Groep, Maandag, Wessem Port Services, Onkenhout Groep.
