Keegan is a strategic learning and development leader with over 20 years of experience creating and implementing leadership and professional development solutions for global audiences with proven results. She is skilled at consulting, learning solution design, change management, and facilitation. The core of her work is collaborating with leaders and partners to understand organizational and individual development needs and then creating learning solutions and talent strategies that address those needs effectively.

Throughout her career, Keegan has conceptualized, designed, and managed high-impact programs for employees and leaders around the world, efficiently scaling engaging and innovative solutions, both in- person and virtual.
