As a facilitator and executive coach, Jacco likes to discover together with the client what it is that makes ‘them tick’. Where in people’s lives might energy, passion and motivation be ‘leaking’? Due to the pace and pressures of life, people often lose the connection to themselves, their talents and their drivers. Jacco’s approach to people is to re-establish this connection to enhance sustained high performance.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience
Over the last decade Jacco lived and worked in Tel Aviv, London, Dublin and Amsterdam, gaining a strong understanding of different business cultures and attitudes. Whilst working for major companies such as Google and Booking.com, he witnessed first-hand the challenges organizations face balancing ongoing growth and business demands with maintaining an engaged, healthy and productive workforce.
Within the field of Learning & Development, Jacco managed, designed and facilitated training programs, workshops and off-sites covering a large variety of topics. He specialized helping leadership teams build a more resilient organization that enables teams and individuals to thrive.
In addition to designing training programs and facilitating them, Jacco also runs larger people consultancy projects. An example of such a project was to present the Booking.com leadership team with insights, understanding and solutions as to the challenges experienced by the top 100 leaders/directors within the organization.
In order to keep developing as a coach and facilitator, Jacco took an intensive one-year training program in 2014 focused on how to connect people to their essence, purpose and motivation. Jacco followed the EMCC Coach Practitioner program at TPC Leadership.
Other Relevant Experience
In 2018 Jacco left the corporate world in order to start his own Training Consultancy called Rubber Duck Training.
