Gabriela Ferreira

Gabriela is passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and with different individual and organizational cultures, supporting their growth and transformation. She believes that awareness is the first step toward success in any development process, followed by an important phase of reflection on what we may need to change in order to become the best version of ourselves.

Gabriela has worked for over 7 years in human resources, primarily in the technology sector (Microsoft and Feedzai), supporting various countries in Europe, APAC, and Latin America.

She collaborated with people managers and key internal stakeholders as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Business Partner, with the goal of supporting the growth of the company, its teams, and its employees.

Since 2014, she has been working as a volunteer for WYSE International, a United Nations-sponsored NGO dedicated to inspiring and educating young leaders for global change. Gabriela also volunteers with the Living Ethics Community in the Education and Art departments, where she had the opportunity to live for nine months and experience what it’s like to be part of a different kind of organization.
