Fabrizio guides his clients on a journey toward real change—in their behaviors, work methods, and personal effectiveness. The key aspect of his work is his ability to create customized coaching tools, tailored to specific needs and objectives, meeting every need and expectation of the client he is working with and providing original solutions as the process unfolds. Fabrizio has also worked successfully as an executive coach for Italian and international companies.

Fabrizio chose to become an Executive Coach—Master Certified Coach (ICF)—after thirty-five years of experience in IT companies, where he held managerial and executive roles throughout a long journey of personal change and growth. His extensive experience as a manager in both HR and Delivery, in both Italian and multinational companies, allows him to quickly adapt to a wide range of business scenarios.

From 2012 to 2014, he served as a member of the ICF Italy Executive Committee, and in 2019 he served as president of ICF.

He currently dedicates his time to managing coaching projects on a volunteer basis for internationally renowned nonprofit organizations.
