Enrico Zanieri
Associate
Italy
“Through my work and by nature, I have always focused on two of nature’s most precious assets: time and human resources. Part of my mission is to nurture talent and build teams and workgroups so they can achieve maximum well-being and results within organizations that are open, flexible, and capable of navigating complexity.”
Approach
Enrico keeps things simple in both his professional and personal life, making the most of his time and drawing on creativity and continuous learning. As a former professional athlete, he continues to find inspiration in sports to tackle daily challenges, drawing on concepts such as trust, teamwork, speed, and resilience.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience
Enrico has extensive experience working in large companies and multinational corporations across various industries: he has held managerial and executive positions and now uses his expertise as a coach to help managers, executives, and C-level leaders improve their professional performance and better manage change both within and outside the company.
As a speaker, he leads and organizes corporate presentations on leadership, team and executive coaching, and teamwork (in December 2021, he spoke at TEDx Empoli on talent and fostering a “think different” mindset within organizations).
In 2022, he was named a LinkedIn Top Voice in the Workplace; he served as a guest speaker for the Business Networking course at the Politecnico di Milano and for the workshop of the Master’s in Project Management at LUISS Business School. He collaborates with private universities such as LUMSA and Rome Business School.
As co-founder of NeNet (a company dedicated to executive training and professional development), he organizes courses and events while also holding project management roles.
Other Relevant Experience
After gaining experience as a manager, Enrico currently works for an American multinational (formerly General Electric), where he manages medium-to-high-complexity projects for clients from all over the world. At the same time, he serves as a consultant on a Swedish project to build the world’s largest neutron source (in partnership with the CNR and the Institute of Nuclear Physics, along with the Research Center for Neutron Science in Germany).
