Emilie Joubert

Approach
Emilie’s belief is that passion is the fuel; leadership is the engine. She says that fuel alone doesn’t guarantee the journey — without the right tuning, an engine running on pure passion can stall, overheat, or burn out.
Emilie sees her job as being to help that power translate into long-term performance. She believes each of us holds the passion and power to create change.
Her mission is to help senior leaders access that power through honest reflection and sharp choices, blending strategic rigour with a deep read on human dynamics. Whether developing future leaders, resolving team challenges, or helping diverse leaders own their path, her conviction stays the same: she helps her clients tune the engine so it keeps running on their passion long after she has stepped out of the car.
Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience
As a former C-suite leader in multinational businesses, Emilie gained first-hand experience in organizational dynamics, complex project management, and cross-country and cross-cultural challenges.

Emilie brings deep experience of designing, managing and delivering custom programs to develop new generations of leaders, enable diverse and inclusive leadership and transform corporate cultures.
