Through coaching, each willing manager can become a more conscious communicator, planner, visionary, team-builder. Elvire’s approach is based on Co-Active coaching, neuroscience and communication She values working on resistance; fear and frustration are transformed into fuel for brave action. Through Active listening and various communication exercises, Elvire challenges her clients to gain awareness and muscle their ability to communicate more efficiently.

Starting her career in Retail in Asia, Elvire experienced early on the challenges of building strong efficient teams in a multicultural environment. Result-oriented, she highly valued the impact of sincere joy at work to improve customer experience in-store. Identifying each team member’s strengths and sources of motivation has proven to be a successful lever. Through her 17 years of Business development in the high-end Retail industry, Elvire enjoyed adopting a “coach-like” style of management. In 2020, she decided to become “a real coach” and start a new journey in “individual & teams” development.

French-born, Australia-raised, and active globe-trotter, Elvire thrives in multi-cultural environments.
