A pragmatic, resilient, and passionate executive and business coach, ICF-certified. After earning my degree in business administration, I worked as an executive for 30 years—half of that time in marketing and half in human resources—across various industries (cosmetics, food, and e-commerce).

I firmly believe in “authentic leadership” as a way to navigate the constant changes in the corporate world. I believe that diverse cultural environments inspire creativity and drive innovation. I also believe that empowering people helps align personal and organizational values and goals.

Today, as a business coach, I focus on executive coaching for leaders, mentoring young professionals, and consulting to facilitate organizational transformation.

What I love most about coaching and mentoring is the belief that everyone has the ability to create change and transform their own lives, while making a positive impact on their social and professional environments.

As Director of Human Resources, I have led several organizational transformation projects, primarily in the commercial and digital functions, with a particular focus on organizational design, building new capabilities, and change management.

My experience on the executive committee has given me the ability to navigate the ambiguity of complex ecosystems and to influence the company’s board.
