Deva has more than 30 years of Corporate HR Experience and has held Leadership roles in the Country and the Region. He has held roles in various facets of HR and in various environments and industries. He has worked in Fortune 500 companies like Shell, HP and Ericsson, with exposure in presenting at board-level in the areas of HR strategy Manpower Planning and Talent Strategy
Deva is effective in enhancing leaders’ awareness of the impact they create to Organisations, while helping them align their behaviors to achieve the desired impact. He is currently Managing Partner for TPC Leadership in SEA, a rapidly growing region in Asia, and is an international faculty member of TPC Leadership, delivering programs for TPCL global clients e.g. BP, Sanofi and Ansell as well as ICF certified coaching and mentoring programs.
Deva has expertise in off-shoring and on-shoring manpower to maximise wage arbitrage. He is experienced in designing Total Rewards with Long Term Incentives including stock options plans for employees.
He also has expertise in Organisational Culture Change, and D,E &I and has led numerous Change programs whilst in Corporate HR and at TPCL for clients. Deva acts as a consultant to key Malaysian clients in areas of leadership development, mentoring & coaching and culture change and has been a conference speaker in the topics of off-shoring, shared service operations, compensation and benefits and talent management.
