Dalida de Graaf

In her work as a coach, counsellor and public speaking trainer, Dalida has an eye for the unique human being and is also able to decisively steer the change process. Both on a personal and interpersonal level. Clients and partners describe Dalida as a warm, empathetic, passionate, motivating and skilled professional, with her heart in the right place.

For over 19 years, media was her second home. In this, she was active in various roles, ranging from creative creator to production lead of large-scale branded content campaigns for A-brands. She was responsible for managing both internal and external teams in the realisation of complex campaigns.

Dalida is also an expert in public speaking and (personal) storytelling and has coached several B- and C-level professionals in addition to her work in media since 2016. In recent years, she has provided training at Vodafoneziggo, Nike, Amsterdam School of the Arts, Bol, KPN, ITV Studios and RTL Nederland, among others.

By guiding many coaching and training projects, Dalida became increasingly fascinated by influencing people’s ability to change and develop. Since then, she has been studying and gaining skills in this field. In 2021, she started her company GUTS & STORY, combining coaching, counselling and public speaking training. In 2022, Dalida said goodbye to her work in the media, went into full entrepreneurship and works with various, meaningful partners like TPC Leadership.

Dalida’s coaching and counselling methodology finds its basis in Integrative Counselling, where she views and approaches people holistically. In her working method, she integrates forms of therapy from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and elements of Hypnotherapy, among others. Naturally, with respect and an eye for the uniqueness of the human being.

Dalida sees the creation of a safe space as the greatest precondition for a process. This allows coachees and teams to confidently explore the deeper layers underneath their blockages, work with them and take decisive steps towards their goals. This puts them (back) at the helm of the course of their (life) story and their professional journey.
