Costanza Valentini

Driven by the conviction that each human being has immense potential to leave a mark and a personal contribution to the world, Costanza focuses her attention on leaders, whose potential is exponential as it can irradiate across the members of the organisations they lead.

Costanza’s coaching practice draws from Neuroscience, Cognitive-Behavioural theories, Transactional Analysis and NLP approaches. People say her active listening, empathic presence and powerful way of questioning, combined with her sense of humour, contribute to rapidly building a safe space in which individuals and teams can find the resources to reach their goals.

After being employed in the insurance, banking and education sectors to bring change into Marketing, Communication and Business Transformation functions, in 2020 Costanza left her management role to become a leadership consultant. She works at the intersection of Psychology and Personal Development to help leaders evolve across their multiple roles at individual, team and organisational level. Driven by her passion to explore tools, content and literature, she partners with our clients to choose the most appropriate approach when coaching, designing or facilitating leadership programs.

With naval Engineering and Political Sciences studies, Costanza combines a scientific and humanistic background. Next to her work in the business environment, Costanza accompanies medical doctors and healthcare professionals in the development of their leadership within the clinical organisations in which they operate
