Christian Scholtes

Christian has a rather post-conventional intervention style, based on working in a slides-free manner with the ‘here and now’. He usually manages to address rather openly and effectively the elephants in the room, while still raising a smile in this process.

Christian has more than 2 decades of experience in management and HR consulting. His core areas of expertise are organizational development, cultural transformation, strategy articulation, executive coaching, and the design and deployment of integrated leadership development programs.

The workshops he facilitates are aimed at exploring shared implicit assumptions, defining key blockages and respectively areas of leverage, and working out concrete directions and actions. At individual level, the coaching sessions are about bringing to light deep structures of reference, and the exploration of fresh and renewing choices.

Additionally, Christian acts as a facilitator for board-level strategy articulation sessions, providing a safe and well-structured container for the executive team shared decision-making process.

Christian delivers several MA courses at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj, at the University of Bucharest, and at the University of Brașov.

Christian’s main projects are delivered in the private sector, usually at top management level. Most of his clients are from the automotive, IT, and utilities industry. He has designed and delivered programs for companies and participants from all over the world.
