Catherine Bardwell

Catherine is passionate about leadership development in all forms and is a firm believer that to truly develop more effective skills, we need to focus on the impact that we have. To do that, she believes we first need to understand ourselves and what makes us “tick”. Catherine is a communications specialist, working with clients enhancing their presentation skills through to supporting senior individuals in how they are perceived and impact they create by strengthening their communication style. Catherine is native French, working well with clients in the UK and France, she is quick to build rapport.

Catherine is a certified Co-Active Coach, runs far-reaching leadership programmes and has spent 20 years in leading global transformational programmes at top corporates such as PwC, GE Healthcare, Diageo, Total Oil and more recently with Medical Affairs organisations. She builds capability and leads facilitated learning interventions in communicative leadership, development of management teams, strategy and coaching. Cat specialises in making an impact, communication skills and supporting leaders to develop great teams as well as working with teams as a team coach and developer.

Catherine is an expert in Change Management and communications having led several global transformational programs. She has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and has substantive experience in high performance coaching of professional individuals. She has multilingual capability in French and English and multicultural sensitivity.
