Camilla Rovelli

Camilla supports individuals and organizations in achieving their strategic goals—both personal and professional—through a transformational-holistic approach to coaching and facilitation. She guides individuals and teams to view situations from new perspectives, to increase their awareness of themselves and others, and to achieve lasting transformation in their behaviors and ways of thinking. She is an optimistic person with an affable yet decisive style; she is pragmatic when needed and people-oriented. Empathy and a strong focus on achieving results are two of the cornerstones of her approach. In practice, this translates into several years of working alongside the same clients.

Camilla is a Master Certified Coach, Systemic Team and Group Coach and Facilitator, and is trained in Advanced Core Coaching, Team and Group Coaching, Voice Dialogue Coaching, and the Individual Effectiveness model for assessing and developing Emotional Intelligence. She co-designs systemic programs for cultural change, the adoption of new mindsets, and the development of self- and team leadership, using a Transformational-Holistic approach. As a coach, she works with C-level executives, senior and middle managers, startup founders, managers on maternity leave, teams, groups, SME entrepreneurs, and professionals in the areas of executive, self, and team leadership; retail dynamics; change management; career development; and emotional intelligence development. She is a trainer and facilitator for corporate and inter-company workshops. She works with managers in the fields of leadership, management, mentoring, career development, and retail. The sectors in which she has worked include: luxury goods, food, consulting, steel, banking, finance, communications, public administration, textiles, and transportation. She is an instructor for professional coaches at ICF-accredited schools.

He is co-author of the book “Synergistic Leadership: Developing New Coaching Skills to Drive Change,” published by Franco Angeli.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in modern literature with a focus on adult education, she gained a decade of experience in event planning, first in a corporate setting and then, while pursuing her master’s degree in coaching, as a consultant.

Since 2013, she has served as a coach and classroom facilitator for the Educational Tour and Young International Forum projects in Rome, Rimini, and Naples (Orienta Sud): a career guidance initiative for all young people preparing to choose their educational or professional path; under the patronage of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate and with the support of the Office of the President of the Republic.

He is a volunteer coach at ICF Italia—“Il dono del coaching”—and an executive and team coach at InnoVits—“Gymnasium,” a nonprofit organization that aims to stimulate entrepreneurial development through dialogue between startup founders and managers.
