Bruno has executive experience, having worked at major companies such as Google and Santander, in addition to an international career. He is a serial entrepreneur; he sold one of his companies (Progmedia Consulting) to the London Stock Exchange-listed S4 Capital Group and co-founded Raizs, which is now Brazil’s largest e-commerce platform for organic products.
At S4 Capital Group, he was the executive responsible for consulting operations throughout Latin America, overseeing teams of hundreds of people and leading M&A processes and company integrations in the region (Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina). He played a key role in digital transformation projects.
Bruno is a psychoanalyst who graduated from the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies (CEP), holds a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from PUC, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Psychoanalysis Applied to Organizations and Change Management at INSEAD in France.
He currently works as a clinical psychoanalyst, executive coach, and organizational consultant. His focus is on facilitating individual and team transformation processes, group facilitation, and individual coaching.
