Biran is an accomplished leadership and executive coach, coach supervisor, and mentor, with extensive experience across the UK, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Iran, South Africa, Turkey and the Netherlands. In her role as CRM Partner and Director of Coach Training Programmes at TPC Leadership, she serves as lead faculty for the TPCL Coach Training Programmes and numerous other Leadership Development Programmes. Her clientele spans diverse sectors, including finance, banking, global pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, NGOs, and professional services. Beyond coaching, Biran excels in designing and delivering comprehensive leadership development programs that empower leaders to excel in their current roles and seamlessly transition into new challenges.

With nearly 15 years at global leaders in finance and pharmaceutical companies like HSBC and Bayer, Biran brings a wealth of industry experience to her role. Her past roles include Team Leader, Academy Leader, Head of Leadership Programmes, European Head of Onboarding Programmes, L&D Manager, Internal Coach, and Facilitator. Biran’s expertise extends to leading multicultural, cross-functional teams on projects focused on leadership, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and consultancy, both within TPC Leadership and across diverse global sectors.
