Biran Yılancıoğlu

Biran’s primary passion, from experiencing the positive effects of individual leadership development and change on companies, is to help drive positive impacts first to organisations then to the world. Biran has worked as an HR consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach contributing to individuals’ and organisations’ development journeys.

Biran’s primary speciality areas are designing and delivering leadership development programmes focusing on building high performing teams, change leadership, leading through VUCA world, coaching and mentoring in leadership, aligning personal and corporate values. She is an expert at designing programmes and strategies such as organisational development, leadership cultural change, internal coaching and mentoring, talent management processes, succession planning, management trainee, and competency frameworks.

She performs as a Leadership Development Consultant, facilitator, coach and mentor and contributes to the development of Leadership Development Programmes in TPC Leadership. She is one of the lead facilitators of the Coach Practitioner Certification Programme. She is experienced in leading diverse teams with diverse cultures, and is leading projects in various countries/sectors/companies on leadership, coaching, mentoring, facilitation.

Biran worked at leading global companies in finance and pharmaceuticals such as HSBC and Bayer for almost 15 years. In her professional career she hold the roles of Team Leader, Academy Leader, Head of Leadership Programmes, European Head of Onboarding Programmes, L&D Manager and Internal Facilitator.

Biran is also a member of CTI Community, ICF and EMCC.
