Antonella Iaccino

Antonella has a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach. She believes in the value of cooperation over competition; she is open to sharing everything she has learned throughout her career and, at the same time, to learning from others. She believes that exchange is a source of enrichment, both personally and professionally. She is curious and open to experimentation, and she views every work opportunity as a chance to grow and help others grow as well.

Antonella is a freelance consultant specializing in people management, with a particular focus on development, training, organization, performance, and change management; she is also an executive and team coach with ICF-accredited credentials; and a trainer in leadership, coaching, and human resources management.

As a consultant and coach, she works with companies by collaborating with and supporting human resources teams, managers, directors, and C-level executives with diverse backgrounds in the manufacturing, construction, services, and tech sectors.

Before becoming a freelancer, she gained over twenty years of experience in human resources at complex multinational companies, holding positions of responsibility such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Organizational Development, and Head of Compensation & Benefits, both in Italy and abroad.

She is a lecturer in several postgraduate master’s programs at LUISS BS, teaching courses on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Human Resources Management.

She also teaches in the master’s programs at CIS Reggio Emilia, Confindustria Verona, and Confindustria Piacenza—which are designed for human resources professionals already working in companies—covering topics such as compensation, employee benefits, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
